Installation of back up generator with automatic changeover for M&S call center in Manchester.
A bespoke generator set and Automatic Changeover panel was installed. This enabled the Call Center to be fully operational in the event the primary supply failed.

The generator coupled with a battery powered UPS (uninterrupted power supply) system to the data hub room gave a seemless transaction between supplies preventing the loss of any data and continued Call Center output.
