Hall & Pickles recently purchased the former TATA steel factory.

Having replaced the corrugated solid roof with a new roof and installed sky-light panels to increase day light into the factory,  we developed a new LED energy efficient Busbar lighting system with ambient light detection. Each individual LED fitting provides automatic control, reducing light output and cost whilst maintaining required light levels throughout.

The LV Panel was replaced and transformer upgraded to a low loss version. A full distribution system was designed and installed around the requirements of the client and ongoing re-connection of machinery performed to reduce the impact of the works to their production. The Office Lighting and Power were completely replaced with energy efficient options which provide a modern low cost environment.
